2014 New Collections: Best of IKEA

I’m loving Ikea’s new items for 2014! These are just a few of my favorites. I plan to take a little road trip out to my local Ikea in a couple weeks and some of these may or may not sneak their way into my cart. 🙂

You can never go wrong with cute vases! I actually have some of the white ones below already and use as part of my bathroom storage but these milk jar ones are adorable, especially for single blooms. ENSIDIG vases $1.99-3.99

Great pop of color and cute way to display your prized possessions without a bulky, overbearing piece of furniture. Ikea Stockholm glass door cabinet,

These black and white plates are definitely on my list! Striped ones are my favorite. Might not even use them as functional plates… I have a few other ideas in store for these so check back soon! Ikea dinner ware, waant!

Who knew an affordable wingback chair exists? If I had room for this beauty, it would certainly be in my apartment.Strandmon Wing Chair from Ikea, Remodelista

Another great pop of color! FABRIKÖR Glass-door cabinet - light green - IKEA

One of my favorites in the new line up (and getting a ton of blogger buzz lately) are these mid century modern chairs! Typically only found at vintage stores or online auctions for a hefty price…  Ikea saved the day once again! An affordable and stylish alternative.

You'd be hard-pressed to find a Mid-Century-style piece for less than this handsome Stockholm Chair from ikea.com. About $140. | thisoldhouse.com

This little side table is also on my list! I’m thinking of putting it in between my couch and accent chair. Lovbaken side table- Ikea

Happy shopping!
